By using Subrdr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Subrdr is a research and workflow tool that helps users analyze public Reddit discussions and generate AI-assisted insights and drafts.
Subrdr does not post, comment, or interact with Reddit on your behalf.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Subrdr in compliance with all applicable laws
- Use the service for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to misuse or overload the system
- Not use the platform to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content
You are responsible for any content you create using Subrdr.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe.
Monthly plans may include a trial period.
Annual plans are billed upfront and do not include trials unless explicitly stated.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Subrdr and Loophead Labs LLC are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:
- Reddit policy changes
- AI output accuracy
- Actions users take based on platform insights
- Loss of data or service interruptions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the previous 12 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Abuse of the platform
- Security concerns
- Non-payment
- Violation of these Terms
Users may cancel at any time through their billing portal.
